Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Urban Kay. Because all of our products are custom-printed just for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind once an order is placed and sent to production.
However, we want to make things right if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
  • Report the issue within [e.g., 14] days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photographic or video proof of the damage or defect.
  • Contact our support team at info@urbankay.com with your order number.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, you must contact the carrier to investigate. Urban Kay is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package gets lost in transit and is never marked as delivered, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to an incorrect address.
