Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Kay! All of our products are made-to-order especially for you. Because of this, please allow 3 to 8 business days for production and 3 to 8 business days for shipping.

Every item is printed on demand. Our average production time is 3 business days, but can take up to 8 business days depending on the item and order volume. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Please note that for international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please wait an additional 3 business days before contacting us. Sometimes packages experience carrier delays. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if it is lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@urbankay.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
